First Day - July 6

I came into today not knowing what to expect for the first day of the internship. First we tried to set up our ID check-ins at the time clock. I was one of the ones that was unable to get theirs to work since there was a barcode on the front. After this we began the interesting activity of filming random locations around campus in a competition against another team. I was the cameraman on team B and I failed pretty badly. The entire time I filmed it was accidentally on a setting which made the video very blurry as we found out later. During the event, we walked all over campus and it was pretty nice to be able to get to know the locations better. When we gathered back at the Imaging Department for Lunch, we tallied the scores. Team A won 30 to 26. They also had a lot more enthusiasm in their video and really defeated us in every aspect of the art of video documentation. It was disaapointing that we hadnt shown more excitement in our video commentary. Basically, everytime I talked there was a long pause and then I said....yeah. After that, there was a fire alarm and we had to wait outside in the rain. While we were locked out of the building we walked to the computers at the library and people began to set up accounts and blogs. I didnt have my password so I couldn't do anything and now that Im home, Im starting to realize that i have no idea where my password is so I really cant do anything at all. We returned to the Center and I was able to leave because Mr. Easton was still out of town. So, I waited two hours at Barnes and Noble for my ride since my brother took my car when he went out of town.
